Upload Files For Print Via Our website
To upload files for printing via the website, you have 2 options.
Option 1: Direct File Upload
- Go to https://vytaldigitalgh.com/free-estimate or click the animating blue and white upload button at the left top corner on all our pages.
- Click on Upload under the page title (Free Estimate).
- An upload popup form will show.
- Enter your Name/Business name, Phone number, and email.
- Add details of the intended job, for example, “A3 art card, front & back, 5 copies, soft-touch on both sides and silver foil on front/cover page”.
- Click/select Upload file. Find the file and select. Ensure the file is in JPG, TIFF, or PDF format.
- Click ‘Submit’ and wait for confirmation. Confirmation duration, however, depends on the file size.
- Once you see “Form sent successfully”, you are successful.
- We will get back to you with the cost and help you with the process of payment.
- Please note that your job is only initiated once payment is received.
Option 2: Post-Estimate Upload

- Go to https://vytaldigitalgh.com/free-estimate or click the animating blue and white upload button at the left top corner on all our pages.
- Scroll down to Free Estimate + Upload.
- Input your query for a free estimate.
- If you have a PROMO CODE, this is where is handy. There is a box where you input your code to redeem you discount.
- If you intend to send artwork for print after the estimate, ensure that the estimate is the intended job’s description.
- There are 2 tabs in this situation which you have to fill in;
- Digital Printing
- Select paper size and type, select finishing type if applied, and quantity.
- Large format
- Select material, enter the width and length (in inches) as well as quantity.
- Digital Printing
- Click on the Selector next to each section to activate or deactivate (hide or unhide). In other words, if you intend to send artwork for large-format printing, you have to only fill the large-format section and deselect the ‘digital press’.
- Click ‘Next’ and move to the main upload page.
- Some items are ‘required’ so if you are unable to move to the next step, please check again.
- Enter your Name/Business name, Phone number, and email.
- Click/select Upload File. Find the file and select. Ensure the file is in JPG, TIFF, or PDF format. You can upload multiple files. If you upload multiple files, please indicate each’s purpose in the notes/message area.
- However, you can add any necessary information in the message area for further attention.
- Click ‘Submit’ and wait for confirmation. Confirmation duration, however, depends on the file size.
- Once you see “Form sent successfully”, you are successful.
- We will get back to you with the actual cost and help you with the process of payment.
- Please note that your job is only initiated once payment is received.
Other Necessary Information
- We will update you with SMS at every stage of the process.
- After successfully uploading your file, please contact us on 0322494167 if you do not receive any reply, or call in 15 minutes.
- We may not be able to assist you outside working hours but will attend to your upload at the earliest open of business.
